  2. I have been reading your blog/emails for over 6 months. I look forward to them when they show up in my inbox. I really agree with shifting your thoughts! When I began thinking about simplifying my life it was because I was sooo overwhelmed just looking around my home. I didn’t know where to begin anymore. Everything needed done. And I mean everything. I found myself mentally shutting down and veggie out in front of the TV to avoid my stressful home. It was screaming from every corner: dust me, put me away, fix me, wash me…
    It started with a donate box and one shelving unit. I worked at it little by little every day for 9 months now. Encourage by all the decluttering info I could get my hands on. I studied becoming minimalist. My comfort zone was found in SIMPLIFYING! Yes. That felt doable! (Positive thoughts). I can do this one drawer. I can finish filling this one box. I don’t have to have all this stuff out – displayed – needing cleaned. I can pack it away. Save these things for my kids. Or grandkids. Boxed up in storage they are safe but no longer require ANY work or effort from me!! Thank you for helping me along on this journey. I sleep better. I get more done in a day now than I used to in a week. I am excited to start each day. I suddenly have the time and energy and interest in just walking my dogs around the yard and listening to the birds. It’s been wonderful! I have hauled off sooo much stuff I don’t use, need or have any sentimental attachment to that were literally choking out my life. I feel free-ier than I have in YEARS!!! Have a wonderful day!
