You clearly articulate the issues I have with decision fatigue; I didn’t even know there was such a term, but throughout your article I found myself saying “Yes!”, “That’s it!”, and “I can do this!” It’s empowering to realize I’m not the only one with decision fatigue challenges.

  3. Love the Simlicty Habit…Has given me so much help with sorting out the boxes and boxes of things I have
    “inherited’ from the passing of parents and other family members….so hard to let go of memories but it
    has to be done or it takes over your life…Thank you!!!!

  4. What about photos when kids were small. They don’t want them and honestly it makes me so sad to look back at them. I resist scanning them. It’s like a Pandora’s box that I don’t want to open. Discarding them all seems hard too??????? It’s the only thing I can declutter in my home.

  5. I try to live now; not the past or future. Declutter and decision making became easier for me. I am going to work on not overthinking on all I decided to discard. If I start overthinking I try to get into a new daily routine that involves my 5 senses: see, hear, taste, smell or touch something enjoyable now. Baby steps are good for me to not become overwhelmed with decision making.
