  3. I loved this. I think that appreciation and simplicity are a cycle. If you let go of what you don’t need you appreciate what you have and when you have appreciation you have contentment and you don’t look to get more. To me, the worst feeling, is feeling “wanty” as I call it. The best feeling is contentment. But the commercial world wants us to feel wanty all our lives. That is not happiness.

  4. I just decluttered my clothing…omw. I cannot believe how much stuff I had… Donated it to colleague who is supporting 2 kids, her sister and father…..
