  1. Today I am starting a new gratitude habit. Each day, I will choose one person or thing to be grateful for. I will focus on that one person or thing, pray for them if appropriate, and try to think how I can make a difference there.

    I love your ideas above as well, and will try to implement them.

  2. I will commit to pausing to be grateful each day for at least three things. I will make time for reflection and journaling . Thank you for your ideas and focus, they are helping me erase old tapes in my head and old habits learned from a stressed out and troubled soul.
