  1. I’ll try this. By focusing on a big project, we may find that the most important things are being accomplished. The little tasks aren’t hard to get done, but for me, the big ones always seem to take longer than I had thought. Thanks for the idea.–Anne

  2. I’ve got the main bedroom sorted and the small one. Two bags of donated, two big bags for the bin, shoes nicely organised and a box to give to friends who do craft projects. Out best pal has just had to have an operation so other bedroom put on hold but by following all the tips I’m not beating myself up and know where to restart when he’s better. Thank you for keeping so many of us focused.

Yes, I too will apply 1-3-5, not for decluttering, but for managing things such as time to work on the manuscript, eating, reigning in messiness, tending plants, reading, journaling, and reaching out to friends. That’s 7 tasks without given much thought. This seems a useful way to organize ordinary days. Thank you.
