  1. I absolutely love this article and this practice! Each day I try to focus on enhancing my wellbeing by practicing gratitude and living with more mindful intention. Performing routine daily tasks with the practice of Kiyomeru helps me cultivate positive thoughts and emotions, and deepens my relationship with myself, others and my sensory world. Thank You for sharing this lovely, inspiring article and practice!

  2. This is such a great idea. You have helped me change something so stressful into feeling grateful and creating calm. I will now look at cleaning and tidying in a completely different way. Thank you. 🤩

  3. I enjoyed the information provided by Miss Long in her article, I had not ever given any thought to using mindfulness in my house cleaning !!! Great idea, though. I am very interested in other information that will be coming my way in her next eyeopener… Thank you so much, Miss Long 😎

  4. All of this sounds wonderful and yet I’m so overwhelmed that I can’t implement it. Not sure why I feel this way, but recently I’ve been unable to clean my otherwise beautiful apartment. I called professionals. They arrive this Friday. I’m going on vacation Sunday for two weeks. God knows I do not want to return to a filthy apartment. The laundry goes out Monday with return Tuesday so that all clothes and linen will also be clean, folded, and put away. To treat myself I bought a new duvet cover. I only have one, which makes washing, drying, and placing back on the bed a nuisance without a washer/dryer in my unit. I’m tired. Tending to the practical feels impossible. Two weeks vacation in the mountains might revive me.
