  1. My storage story: Several years ago, I moved from city to city, where I rented a very small apartment. For about two years I had two storage units–one 10×10, and on 10×8. I moved twice before a friend suggested that I have a yard sale. That sale relieved me of about half of my “stuff.” Now I was down to just one 5×8 storage unit. The same friend helped me put furniture is a consignment shop, and donate the rest to a church rummage sale. All Gone!! I don’t remember how much I spent on storage. Years later I figured out that I kept all that “stuff” after my house was repossessed, and I was not willing to give up anything else. Many times clutter and “storage” begins with a trigger or great loss. Be mindful of your emotional state when hanging onto “stuff.” May blessings to us all on our decluttering journey. I hope my story helps at least one person. Ciao!
