  1. The 1-3-5 rule raises anxiety in me even as I know it’s a practical approach to identify and address priorities. I freeze at the thought. Not sure why I can’t get hold of what is priority and what is not. Consequently I spend an inordinate amount of time accomplishing nothing that needs addressing. Often I don’t even do the things I love doing – practicing cello – I’m so anxious. I may have to call the therapist in on this one. [sigh]

  2. When clearing clutter, I have a lot of journals started. Many are partially completed. Do I throw them away?

  3. Hi Judy. I would rip out the pages you’ve completed and put them all together in a binder. Going back and reading your journaled feelings from months, and years ago, can help you realize how far you’ve come. Good luck in you mental health journey. Be kind to yourself.

  4. I love notebooks, journals, printing wonderful articles, like yours and storing them in notebooks. Sometimes all these
pens, pencils, markers, notebooks really overwhelm me and I try to organize but I still
have the feeling that I should be using all of it everyday. I bought the book Atomic Habits,
started but didn’t continue (maybe my notebooks were calling me, I don’t know) Sometimes I think I should put all my notebooks in the garage. I love the minimilism look but don’t know how to acheive it with all my notebooks I love. Help, maybe write an article on it too! Thanks
