  1. I have more hoarding tendencies than minimalist tendencies. I have a hard time getting rid of things even though I want a less cluttered home.

    1. I understand you, because I believe in living a simple life as much as possible. One thing I can’t bear to dispose of are my books. So no one is perfect. Keep trying. I’m trying also. One book at a time.

  2. I know I’d never want to live in a space that echoes. Curtains, textiles, pictures, carpets, books; I may not be a minimalist at all. And that’s how I want to live. Example; I love linen, clothes and household textiles. It needs ironing — sometimes clothes after one wearing. And putting the effort in to have that luxury is something I’m happy with.

  3. I’m a moderate minimalist. I like my stuff, and I’m slowly getting rid of whatever I no longer need. I give away, rather than sell.

  4. One of the best articles on minimalism I have seen. I lurk somewhere in the Boho, fancy, rebel minimalism. I love the basic concept but I tend to go more with Maria Kondo’s idea of keeping whatever sparks joy. Your focus on simplicity is also very inspiring and makes me feel like I can be more mindful and intentional going forward. Thank you and I look forward to reading more of your content.
