Wow! Great timing for me. I am NOT a Spring Cleaner. I rather be outside enjoying the nice weather. However, I do clean and clear out in the Fall. I’m working on the outside area my greenhouse and recycling plant containers that have piled up. Then I will organize them inside. It snows where I live. Time to put up all the tools, check bird feeders for Winter, etc. Clear off the porches, put away seasonal decor and decorate for Fall. Now is the time to make sure I can access Christmas outside decor and it’s in working order. As it gets cooler, I’ll move inside to the more Inner circles. I love this!

I am so excited to start this approach. I have gotten overwhelmed with every area of the house and I didn’t know where to start first. I do appreciate the order of the circle (organizing). I recently put fall decor at my front door and despite the inside looking like a catastrophe, I felt a sense of pride as I entered my house and a drive to spruce up the rest of the place. Thank you!
This makes so much sense for me. We are outside people and live in a fairly mild climate. Although we like to garden, we have scaled back our landscaping to lower maintenance as we age. I have two porches and two patios. The patios stay neat, but my back porch off my kitchen has become a catch-all. This is were I will be starting. I will work on my inner circles during the winter months. I know I have small kitchen appliances that I no longer use. Lifestyles definitely change with age and even my cooking has become more simple. So alot will disappear in this area also. The hardest part for me is getting my husband on board.
