  1. This is the 6th confirmation in 2 weeks I’ve received regarding clutter and what it does to our brains and behaviors. Not only that 2 sermons touched on it as well. WOW!

  2. I’m currently working on decluttering my room. My friend came over and packed some clutter into her car and we donated it at thrift stores yesterday. It didn’t occur to me that physical clutter actually drains the brain because we have to keep processing the things we’re seeing. That shows me how important it is to minimize my space. I was also thinking I wanted to make my room all white. literally tonight I was showing people photos of the Mondrian hotel in LA, where I stayed for my first business trip as a copywriter 25 years ago, and the room was all white and I always said I want to make my apartment all white like that. This article mentions that light colours help reduce mental strain. So I naturally knew what I needed to do, I just didn’t realize the reason.
